Indonesian elementary school children residing in the city greeted the President with enthusiasm, waving flags and chanting, “Welcome, Mr. President!” The formal event quickly turned into a joyful and emotional gathering as President Prabowo interacted with the children, smiling and taking pictures with them. One student, Arsad Hanfana Al-Syarabi, proudly introduced himself as the child of Indonesian Embassy staff in Jeddah. Before continuing his visit, President Prabowo shared a heartfelt message with the children, encouraging them to focus on their studies.
The meeting was also significant for members of the Indonesian community in Jeddah, including Hanif Hasanuddin from the Muhammadiyah Special Branch (PCIM). Hanif expressed gratitude for the President’s visit and shared his hopes for Indonesia’s future.
