Jakarta, VIVA – Ketua Tim Pemenangan Pramono Anung-Rano Karno dalam Pilgub Jakarta 2024, Lies Hartono, memastikan Pramono tidak akan menyerang pasangan calon atau paslon lain dalam debat Pilkada Jakarta yang digelar KPUD Jakarta.
Pria yang lebih dikenal sebagai Cak Lontong itu menegaskan, tidak pernah ada dalam pikiran mereka untuk membuat strategi menyerang pribadi dari kandidat lainnya.
“I knew there was no slightest thought or maybe strategy that leads to attacking each other let alone personally, individuals. I think we will be far from it,” said Cak Lontong at the Cemara campaign house, Central Jakarta, Thursday, October 3, 2024.
He also guaranteed that Pramono-Rano would focus on presenting the vision, mission, and programs that would be implemented if elected as Governor and Deputy Governor of Jakarta in this Pilkada Jakarta.
“So we can guarantee, convince that worries like earlier mentioned hopefully won’t happen. If it does happen, we make sure it’s not us,” he said.
Cak Lontong said they would use a cheerful political concept in campaigning. He hopes that the debate can run smoothly.
“So in essence just happy. Decisions made when people are happy, that inshaAllah produces the best decisions. But if we make decisions in gloomy, troubled conditions, let alone emotional, well usually it ends up with something that makes us regret it,” he said.
On the other hand, Cak Lontong stated that since registering as Jakarta’s gubernatorial and deputy gubernatorial candidates, Pramono-Rano has been ready to go through the stages of the election. This includes debate activities that pit the vision, mission, and programs of each candidate.
Considering that Pramono has 25 years of experience as an official. From a member of the House of Representatives to formerly being the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives from 2009-2014. As well as serving as the Cabinet Secretary of President Joko Widodo’s two terms. Meanwhile, Rano Karno is a former Vice Regent of Tangerang to Governor of Banten.
“I think Mas Pram and Bang Doel are very ready physically and mentally for it. The approach to the public is also being sharpened, detailed to what extent,” said Cak Lontong.
It is known, the Jakarta Regional General Election Commission ready to hold the first debate of the gubernatorial and deputy gubernatorial candidates in the Jakarta Governor Election, scheduled for this weekend. The three candidates in this first debate will discuss “Strengthening Human Resources and Transforming Jakarta into a Global City.”
Member of the Jakarta Regional Election Commission, Fahmi Zikrillah, said that on Thursday, October 3, 2024. This first debate is scheduled to take place on Sunday, October 6, at JIExpo Kemayoran, Central Jakarta.
The event is scheduled to start at 7:00 PM WIB and will be broadcast live, allowing the public to watch in real-time.
